Meet the Paragon Body Team 

JORDAN COOK CPT

Owner & Master Trainer

With more than 7 years of experience and over 15,000 training sessions given, Jordan has hundreds of happy clients, with proven results. Jordan started Paragon Body with the goal of bringing fitness, wellness, and happiness to as many people as possible.

Outside of the gym he enjoys playing guitar, writing music, traveling, and spending time with family and close friends.


Brianna Meller

Nutritionist/CPT

BS Nutritional Sciences - University ArizonaNational Academy of Sports Medicine CPT

Brianna is a Nutritional Sciences major and a NASM certified trainer. Since taking up weight training when she was 18, Brianna has seen firsthand how eating natural and nutritious foods provides essential fuel for pushing your body to its limits. She combines her knowledge of how to optimally move the body with her background in nutrition to achieve her goal of helping her clients feel more alive, energized, and happy.


CALLAWAY COOK CPT

Elite Trainer 2National College of Exercise Professionals CPT

Callaway has more than 6 years experience in the fitness industry and several years of experience in personal training. Cal started as a front desk fitness membership salesperson and quickly moved became a general manager of several corporate-owned fitness facilities. He has a friendly, supportive, unique approach to helping clients become better versions of themselves while reaching their fitness goals. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and working out.


SHERRY HE

Yoga Instructor & Meditation Specialist

Sherry has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Yoga and meditation helped her transform herself and life. To share the gift of yoga and meditation with others, Sherry became a 200-hour registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance in 2001 and trained with Peacebank Yoga Studio in Redwood City.

She enjoys teaching yoga to busy professionals and is passionate about helping people find joy, ease, and peace in their busy daily lives through yoga and meditation.
