Do I need to diet as well as exercise to get results?
We try not to use the word diet, as we teach lifestyle nutritional habits. But, yes nutrition is 85% of the battle when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, so it is always recommended.
How many times a week should I be working out?
We always recommend strength training at least 3 times a week and some type of cardiovascular activity 5 times a week.
How long will it take for me to see results?
If following nutritional guidance and training with us, we typically see results with our clients within the first month. We run programs 12 weeks at a time because most people can reach their desired goals within that time, depending on the goal.
I've never exercised before, is it safe for me to train?
Absolutely! We work with clients of all fitness levels and abilities. We will go at your pace. Every plan is customized to the client and we will take our time to make sure you feel comfortable and confident as you learn!
