Mobility Exercises: If You Type A lot...

Are you constantly typing at work and at home?

If so, your hands are probably cramped and tired 99% of the time! 

Here are some quick stretches to keep you out of pain and keep you mobile. 


Stretch 1:  Kneeling forearm stretch


Stretch 2:  Under forearm stretch

Stretch 3:  Top of forearm stretch
