Get Your Sweat On: 5 Exercises in 4 Rounds

It's time to get your sweat on this month!

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest between each exercise.

Do 4 rounds with 60-90 sec rest between rounds

Plank with Twist
