Join Paragon Body elite trainer, Taylor Amos, for a hard-hitting, sweat-inducing Booty bootcamp at Saratoga’s new gym, Paragon Body.
What is it?
A 60-minute workout designed to challenge your glutes and core and give you the booty you’ve always wanted.
Who is the coach?
Paragon Body Trainer, Taylor Amos is an NCEP-certified personal trainer and NASM nutrition specialist with a passion for helping build positive habits around fitness.
Her focus as a trainer is to guide and support her clients toward feeling their strongest, healthiest, and most confident versions of themselves, both in and out of the gym, one workout at a time.
Outside of the gym, Taylor enjoys cooking, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family!
