1 ½ cups almond flour
2 scoops protein powder (I use vanilla)
¾ cup creamy nut butter
5 tbsp honey, warmed
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
3 tbsp water
¼ tsp sea salt
When you make your own bar you get to have control of what goes into it, so high fructose corn syrup and other additives won’t sneak in. Not to mention, a bar can be a great snack for when you are on the go!
