½ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup cashews, finely chopped
⅓ cup almonds, finely chopped
3 tbsp shredded coconut, (I like to toast mine and let it cool)
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp almond milk
3 scoop vanilla protein powder
Plan ahead! These energy bites are easy to throw in a Tupperware and have during a mid-day snack at work.
Makes 20 bites.
